Lily Darling is a design leader at Google, where she oversees a multidisciplinary team of visual designers, motion designers, and researchers. Her work focuses on defining the future of wearable technology and the Google brand experience on the wrist.

Before joining Google, Lily co-founded the London-based creative studio Idea is Everything alongside her husband, Bill Darling. She holds a BA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Lily currently lives in California with her husband and their two sons. LinkedIn
